We want to ensure that our clients are properly educated, expectations managed, booking, cancelling and rescheduling policies firmly understood BEFORE booking!

 

We charge 100% of the scheduled appointment for no show, no call, late cancellations, or late reschedules appointments.

No refunds provided.

We offer refills only for the classic 1:1 set, available every two weeks. For other sets, we provide full set services and do not offer refills.

 

We DO NOT refill lash extensions done by other places.If you come with extensions from another technician ,we will charge for a full removal($30 extra) plus the cost of a new full set.

Meanwhile we DO NOT offer a standalone removal service.

 

Once your service ends upon departure, there are no more complimentary services. Each return incurs a fee, varying based on the time interval. Most long-term clients typically return every 4-6 weeks for a new full set, promoting natural lash health and periodic thorough cleaning. Proper care following our method should result in normal lash shedding, typically 3-5 lashes daily. Excessive loss within a few days or a week indicates improper care, and even requests for refills within 24 hours will be charged according to our one-week standard rates.

 

Our booking, cancelling and rescheduling policies are Firm! If you don't agree to our strict policies mentioned above, please do not book an appointment with us, and consider booking with another one .
